Synopsis

THE DEFEAT OF BATMAN! A criminal known as Commander Swane has created an army of criminals and taught them military tactics in order to fight the authorities of Gotham City. Swane hopes to overcome the Gotham City Police Department and their deputy vigilante, Batman, using organized criminal tactics. To top his advantage over the law enforcers, Swane has an undercover agent working at the GCPD Headquarters, who informs him about every action and decision made by Batman and Commissioner Gordon. Despite their obvious advantages, the criminals fail on their crimes, but manage to capture Batman. The Dark Knight is able to free himself from his captors and later he returns to the secret headquarters on his Batplane. Together, the Dynamic Duo capture the criminals and afterwards, they discover the undercover spy at the GCPD HQ. THE MAN WITH THE X-RAY EYES! THE ROBOT GHOST! THE TENDERFOOT DEPUTY!
